CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN PERSON?

DOES BOY MUM APPAREL OFFER GIRL MUM APPAREL?

Yes. We offer apparel for ALL MOMS. The business was founded by a boy mom- hence the name, but we are all inclusive.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to modify/cancel your order up until the option is no longer available to you - every customer varies. Emailing us is also a great way to modify/cancel an order.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING/DELIVERY?

Shipping/delivery is standard 5-7 business days outside of preo-orders and sales. We offer other options: 2-3 days, 1-2 days and rush shipping to receive orders sooner.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

When you pre=order you are ordering in advance before the item is made public. In this way you're getting first dibs at the new release or special edition. Pre-orders are delivered with 14 business days of your purchase.

WHAT IF WANT A REFUND?

Our items are custom made and each piece is order to fit each customer individually, so we don't allow refunds at this time. Feel free to reach out to the Boy Mum team via email to rectify any issues concerning purchase.
